PC Setup & Configuration: BLC can unpack, setup, and configure your brand new computer.

Peripheral Setup & Configuration: Along with or alone. BLC can install and setup your peripherals. Including printers, PDA's, Digital Cameras, & much more.

PC Repair: BLC can repair most computer problems, if there is a software problem, or if a piece of hardware has failed BLC can fix it.

PC Assessment & Upgrades: Have a PC at home and not sure if it is worth keeping? BLC can assess your computer and recommend upgrades or purchasing a new system.

Remote Technical Support: If you can get on the Internet (broadband recommended), then we can attempt to fix your computer remotely. By using technology that comes with Windows XP we can control your computer from our office. Remote tech support will also require telephone communication between the tech support tech and the customer.

PC Troubleshooting: If your computer is running slow or your are getting errors, BLC can troubleshoot your system to see what the problem is.

Preventative Maintenance: BLC can keep you informed to update programs that are required to keep your computer running smoothly.

Adware / Spyware Removal: Most computers today are infected with Spyware and Adware. These are installed silently while you surf the web. Some are installed because users are not careful in their browsing habits. BLC can detect and remove the spyware that has infected your system. We can then install programs to help keep them off the system.

Antivirus: Virus detection is something that is a necessity in today's market. New viruses are being developed everyday and this can cause havoc on a computer and networks. If you are infected with a virus BLC can detect it and attempt to remove it. If you do not have antivirus program installed, BLC can install one for you.

Back Ups: Back Ups are an essential thing for your protection. We can come in and back up your important information. These backups can be done another computer, dvd, CD, external hard drive, or even on the Internet.

Data Recovery: Lost information can be devastating to a company. If the information that was lost is detected early BLC may be able to recovery some or all of the lost information.

PC Security: PC's need to be secured just like the front door of your business or home. An unsecured computer can be very dangerous. There is a lot of information on a computer that someone can try to steal and use.

Software Installations: If you are not a savvy computer user and you have purchased a new software title and are unsure of how to install it BLC can install it for you.

System Restoration: A good way to keep a computer running smoothly is for a yearly system restore. BLC will back up your important data and then complete s system restore, which include formatting (permanently deleting all information, also the only way to get rid of some viruses), and then reinstalling the software that was provided with your computer. BLC will not install any software that is not an original copy.
